At SCS Group, we ensure that every member of staff is qualified and confident to do their job. If you're successful, you'll be required to achieve a Level 4 Diploma for Residential Child Care. This is a qualification you can keep with you throughout your career and that we will support you every step of the way to achieve.

Due to the nature of the work where you'll be required to support vulnerable young adults on a daily basis, we conduct background checks and require an enhanced DBS check on every employee we hire.
