Requirements:

You must have 2 years of experience within residential child care with a minimum of 1 year of experience at a senior/supervisory level.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care is essential for the success of the role. If you already have a Level 3/4 Residential Child Care Diploma we can support you to achieve the necessary qualification.
